Master of Science in Real Estate

Curriculum

Get on track towards a rewarding career in commercial real estate. Highly practical and industry-oriented, the Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) curriculum provides you with a solid real estate foundation and the opportunity to specialize in your field of interest.


The MSRE is a 45-credit degree, and its course schedule follows a quarter system. The program can be completed in 11 months (full time) or 15 months (part time).

Dr. Julia Freybote, Academic Director of the MSRE, will work with you to customize
the course schedule to fit your interests and requirements.
